The Tucker Historical Society is dedicated to learning, understanding and sharing local history. We foster awareness by preserving family histories, publicizing historically significant properties and provide information about historical preservation resources.

Tucker Historical Society was created as an ad hoc committeeof Tucker Civic Organization in 2001. In 2004 the group reorganized as a stand alone organization, a 501 C3 non profit historical society. Tucker Historical Society holds events and fundraisers throughout the year to bring the Tucker community together and to celebrate history.

The Tucker Plant Swap and Share in April - Free, donations are welcome, bring a plant - take a plant or two!

The Tucker Historical Society Garden Tour in May in May - Five private gardens and the Masters Gardeners Butterfly Garden are featured on the tour. Tickets available in advance starting at $10.00 each and $15.00 on Tour day.
