Is your website secure?

Yellow Llama takes website security issues very seriously.  We use the latest industry recognized-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption protocol to protect your personal information.  Please notice the small pad-lock icon in the locked position that will appear in the lower- right corner or upper-right corner of your browser during the presentation of each of the pages while in the checkout process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards.  Sorry, at this time we do not accept Paypal, but we may offer it as a payment option in the future.

Do you accept Paypal?

Sorry, we do not accept PayPal at this time. We are working on adding it as a payment option soon.

How do I track my order?

To track your order you must first be logged in to your Yellow Llama account. Once you are logged in, you can go to your My Account page to view your order history. Once there, simply click on the "View Order" link to view order status. If your order has shipped, you will see a tracking link that will allow you to track your package. Please note that if you selected a shipping option during the checkout process that does not have tracking (such as USPS First Class International Mail), you will not see a tracking link in your order details. Tracking results can take 24 hours to update from the time of shipment. You can also track the shipment of your package by clicking on the tracking link that was included in your order shipment confirmation email.

If you did not complete the account creation process before you placed your order, please refer to your order confirmation email for instructions on how to complete your Yellow Llama account creation.
How do I use a referral or discount code?

If you have a referral or discount code, you can enter it during the first step of the checkout process. Once you enter the code, click the "Apply Discount" button to receive your discount.

Can I reserve a shirt using my shopping bag?

Yes.  Fortunately, in the Yellow Llama community every product is customized to your specifications. You will never hear that that design is no longer available.  If you have a shirt in your shopping bag it’s yours. On Yellow Llama it never sells out.

Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?

Since your order is a custom designed product, once it is submitted through our website, it is not possible to make any changes to the order.  Understand, we do our very best to pull produce and ship your custom designed orders as quickly as possible.  This makes post submittal changes very difficult, if not impossible. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request a change to your order, and we will see if we can catch it before it goes into production and ships.

How do I cancel my order?

Generally it’s very difficult to cancel an order as most Yellow Llama orders are custom. In order to cancel an order you must do so prior to the start of production. Please be aware that we try to produce within a few hours of receipt of your order. To cancel an order, simply email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We will notify you with the time that we received your order and if it was prior to start of production.  Please be sure to include the ORDER # in either the subject line or body of your email. If your order has already started production and or shipped, you will not be able to cancel or return the order to us. Orders cancelled prior to production and non-custom orders of stock inventory may be returned and credit to your credit card will be refunded less the 15% restocking charge and the original shipping charges incurred by Yellow Llama.

I own a retail store. How do I become a Yellow Llama dealer?

If you are interested in selling Yellow Llama products in your store, please get in touch with one of our wholesale account managers. Yellow Llama can also provide your store with the ability to provide on demand custom products to your customers.

Please note that we typically require physical brick-and-mortar retailers to send photos of their physical location to be considered for approval. Retailers that are exclusively internet-based will be subject to website approval and acceptance by the Yellow Llama site review committee.  Upon acceptance Internet retailers will be required to join our affinity program and place a link on their website to WWW.YellowLlama.Com

 
Can I change the information on my Yellow Llama account?

You sure can. To make any changes to your account just log in to your Yellow Llama account and then go to your "My Profile" page where you be able modify everything except for your username, account #, and the date you joined.

Can I come buy shirts directly from your warehouse?

Yes you can. If you are in the Atlanta, Georgia area, please feel free to visit our store.

What are my shipping options?

Orders are shipped via FedEx or US Postal Service with the options listed below. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing of orders.

Orders Within The U.S.

FedEx USPS Flat Rate (7-18 business days):

Please note, USPS Flat Rate has limited tracking with the final delivery made by the U.S. Postal Service. FedEx USPS Flat Rate is not offered for non-contiguous U.S. states, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes.

FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (2-5 business days):
Full door-to-door tracking. FedEx Ground/Home Delivery is not offered for non-contiguous U.S. states, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes.

FedEx 2 Day (2 business days):
Full door-to-door tracking. 2-day shipping is not offered for P.O. boxes. Orders must be place before 4pm Eastern Time to be shipped out the same business day.

FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day):
Full door-to-door tracking. Overnight shipping is not offered for P.O. boxes. Orders must be place before 4pm Eastern Time to be shipped out the same business day.

USPS Priority Mail (3-7 business days)
Priority Mail is only offered for P.O., A.P.O., and F.P.O. boxes and non-contiguous U.S. states and territories. This service has limited tracking.

International Orders

USPS First-Class Mail International (3-5 weeks)
Please note, there is NO tracking offered with this service. USPS First-Class Mail International is not offered for orders greater than $175 or with a weight greater than 4 pounds (approx. 6-7 shirts).

USPS International Priority Mail (7-14 business days)
Full door-to-door tracking.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs department.

 
What about Free Shipping?

Free shipping is available within the continental US for orders with a subtotal of $100 or more (post all applied discounts). If your order qualifies for free shipping, you can request the free shipping option presented to you at the time of checkout. Orders shipped with the free shipping option are shipped via the least expensive method then available. In most cases UPS ground and USPS Priority Mail for US orders going to a PO Box, US Territory, Alaska, or Hawaii. Free shipping is not available for international orders and or expedited delivery orders regardless of value.

How much will shipping cost me?

At Yellow Llama, we offer a variety of options for shipping your package (see above). If you are in a hurry and need your new product or shirt right away, we can accommodate that as well. If you are not in a huge hurry and would prefer a slower and less costly method, we can do that also. To figure out how much shipping will cost for your order, just click on the "Calculate Shipping" button in the checkout process to see the costs for the various shipping methods available. Please note that for international orders, our USPS First-Class Mail International does NOT offer tracking. If your order is getting shipped outside of the United States and you would like tracking with the shipment, we highly recommend selecting the UPS International or USPS International Priority Mail option.        

Can I track my shipment?

Will there be customs fees applied to my international order?

International orders may have additional fees applied to them by the receiving country's (your country's) customs agency. Unfortunately, Yellow Llama has no influence with these fees and is not able to estimate fees or determine whether or not there any will apply. To learn more about your country's customs fees and any other import duties/taxes, we recommend contacting your country's customs agency.

When will my order ship if I choose FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2 Day?

If your order is placed before 4 PM (EST) US and your have selected FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2 Day for your shipping option, your order will usually ship out the next full business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

How are Yellow Llama products and shirts printed?

All of our shirts are printed using state-of-the-art digital equipment and other apparel embellishment techniques, including soft-hand inks, water-based inks, specialty inks, appliqués, and embroidery.  At Yellow Llama we are always investigating new and exciting technologies to enhance the quality of our products.

What kind of materials do you print on?

All of our garments are either 100% spun cotton or a 50/50 cotton-poly blend. The description on the detail page of each Garment in our store will indicate what particular type of material that the garment used in your order is printed on.


How do your garments fit?

Our garments tend to fit in between a US measurement, Regular to Slim Fit relative to a given size   You can check out our size charts here. Please note that the measurements we give in our size charts have a variance of +/- 1 inch.

How should I wash my Yellow Llama printed Garments? Will they shrink, Crack  or Fade a lot?

Whenever possible Yellow Llama uses pre shrunk 100% cotton.  However, cotton shrinks when it is washed and dried. If you purchase one of our 100% cotton tees, there will be some shrinkage when you wash it. Plan on 3-5%, this is unavoidable.  If you request our 50/50 cotton-poly blend you will experience less shrinkage post wash and dry.  To minimize shrinkage we recommend washing in cold water and drying on the delicate cycle. Those of you that are ripped can wash in hot water and max heat cycle on the drier.  This will insure that skin tight look for the 2% body fat crowd.  The Good news about your Yellow Llama garments is you will not have any cracking or fading from normal washing of your garment. Yellow Llama uses a state of the art ink infusion technology that permeates the fiber prior to the ink curing processes.  As a result your Garments will not fade or crack with use.

If a particular design or size is sold out, will it ever be reprinted?

At Yellow Llama most products are custom produced, so we never run out of your chosen design.  If the garment is still in production we can make your order. We keep garment inventories to a minimum - usually just what is needed to service a few orders.  So....if you see a garment style or color that you just have to have, and it is currently available, then take action, grab it before it's gone!

What is your return policy?

Because we are a custom order service, we are unable to accept returns on non stock custom items. However, we are confident that you will be happy with the quality and finish of your purchase. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order please advise us and we will make every reasonable human effort short of accepting a return to satisfy you.   On non custom stock inventory items we offer within 30 days from the date of purchase, simply send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached (no exceptions). Exchanges must be made for garments of equal or greater value. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer excluding returns due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of Yellow Llama. Returns for cash refund will be subject to a 15% restocking charge (without exception) and shall be subject to the terms stated above herein.  Yellow Llama reserves the right to refuse any return that is deemed to have not met the minimum return criteria as determined in the sole discretion of Yellow Llama.


Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. we shipped you the wrong product or there is a material defect), we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs as long as you use a standard shipping method. If you are returning a product because you are not happy with it or want to exchange it for a different product, then you are responsible for the shipping costs. Also, you must make sure you include the return reason and your original order # in the email.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your return.

I just submitted a design but I don't see it in the vote section yet. Where is it?

All submissions must first go through an internal screening process before being accepted into our vote section, or rejected. This initial screening usually takes 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your submission is either accepted or rejected, you will receive an email notification.

What is the best program to use to create and resize my artwork so I can submit it to your site?

There are many different programs that will work to accomplish this task. We like to use the Adobe Creative Suite, but it's really up to you.
