2) Choose from the products to the right by marking the box for color, size, and quantity.

3) Payment information (on bottom left) - Please mark which CHD organization you would like to support with the proceeds from your purchase.

4) In the comment box, please enter the name of defect design you want, as shown on the chart you reviewed above.   (If you are ordering more than one design, please indicate which design should be printed on which product.)

5) Checkout - at checkout you will be able to pick which CHD organization you would like to support with the proceeds.
